专利摘要:
In a method and a device for drying and conditioning poultry manure or similar pasty materials in the form of particles, selective micro-organisms are, in a microbiological phase, fixed onto stable moulded carrier elements, added to the pasty material to be treated, optimum climatic conditions being generated with air conditioned for the activity of the micro-organisms. Released heat as well as water vapour are evacuated. In the case of a temperature drop, the microbiological phase is substituted by an air stream drying which is terminated when the desired desiccation degree is obtained. The device comprises a closed cylindrical tank (1) wherein there is arranged a suspended mounting which may vibrate vertically and which is comprised of two cylindrical coaxial air-tight mantels (14, 15) between which are distributed the carrier elements for the selective micro-organisms. A conduit (9) and an air distribution space (13) are provided for the air supply; the discharge of air is effected through the inner cylindrical mantel (15) and an exhaust pipe starting from the bottom of the tank.

The invention relates to agricultural households, and can be used, in particular, in the processing of chicken manure a. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the pollution of the environment and reduce energy costs. The drawing shows schematically a device for drying and conditioning chicken manure. The device contains rea.ktor, combined with a dryer and made as a closed cylindrical tank 1, in the upper part of which is installed the loader of the initial product with the feed conveyor 2 placed outside it. The loader of the initial product is designed as a distribution gravity tray 3, which is installed the rotation about the axis of the tank 3 is the last mounted means for settling microorganisms, consisting of star elements of the supporting elements 4 in plan, to KOTOPIJM resiliently By means of the vibrator 5, a perforated chamber arranged with a gap relative to the tank wall is formed by two perpendicular cylindrical shells 6 and 7, which permits reliable unloading. The supporting elements between the shells 6 and 7 are suspended between each other and which are fixed above each other. carriers of 9 microorganisms that are made of wooden cubes. A reservoir 10 is supplied to the inner shell 6 of the reservoir 6, and an supply air duct 11 is connected to the side wall of the reservoir to form an air-distributing space 13 at the junction. Inside the inner shell there is a discharge device 1 and a discharge tray 15. with valve 1b and discharge screw conveyor 17. Valve 18 is mounted between the supply conveyor 2 and the distribution tray on the tank 18. Supply air pipe 11 nabzhen flap 19 and can be communicated by air line 20 with chickens pendulum 21. The discharging air pipe 10 communicates with a duct 22 having a damper 23 and a blower. A blower 2b is connected to the discharge baffle pipe by means of the air line 25 and connected via a peat filter 27 to the exhaust pipe 28. The air blower 29 is also connected to the peat filter 27 through the valve 31 and the supply air line 11 through the valve 32. The proposed method is implemented in two stages. microbiological decomposition and drying, which are carried out consecutively in the same device when purging with conditioned air with the provision of climatic conditions optimal for the life of microorganisms at the stage of aerobic decomposition | I, and with increasing consumption of conditioned venous air at the stage of drying. Air is conditioned by humidity, temperature, and C02 content. ml of CO conditioning; smoke can be used
gas
Chicken droppings from the house are conditioned to 55-60 ° C by mixing with dry manure and molded. When this happens, fresh manure is saturated with microorganisms. Next litter using a conveyor
2 is fed to reactor 1. By means of a distribution gravity tray
3when you turn it around slowly
The reactor axle is a fresh portion of the sponge manure loaded onto the already dried chicken manure that is in the reactor. The filling time is 1.5 hours. Dry manure is lowered by the reactor bottom and, with the aid of a discharge device 1 with a discharge tray 15, the valve 1b and the screw conveyor 17 is taken out of the reactor. If necessary, the elastically installed inside of the reactor 1 can be vibrated with the aid of the vibrator 5. As a result, the adhered dried particles of the product are released and are also removed. After the loading is completed, the shutters 16 and 18 are tightly closed. The molded, fresh manure is loosely arranged between the elements-carriers of 9 microorganisms.
After the reactor is closed, the further process is controlled through temperature probes. In order to aerate the manure, air is sucked in by the blower 29 through the air duct 30 and is injected into the air duct 11. The dampers 19 and 23 are tightly closed. Blower 26 exhausts air and water
The heat heats the droppings and the purged air. Water vapor is also continuously removed from the product. The heated reactor is collected in the center.
and saturated with water vapor and COj air and then discharged through heat exchanger 13, while cooling by heat exchange with fresh air having T 15–20 ° C, the temperature of the aerobic decomposition rises to 80 C. Thanks to the cool ;;; In the exhaust air, part of the water vapor is condensed on the tubes of the heat exchanger 13 and then discharged,
which maintains the humidity of the air less than the humidity of the saturation state. The amount of air is controlled through temperature probes using a damper.
in the supply air duct 30,
Aerobic decomposition lasts about 10-11 hours. When the litter's moisture content drops to 0 and the litter temperature drops, the first stage is pumped and the drying stage begins. Blower 29 is turned off, dampers 19 and 23 are opened and blower 24 is turned on. Blower 2b continues to operate. The air injected into the reactor, after passing through the loose mass of the litter decomposed, is saturated with water vapor and through. . air duct 22 is led out into a vapor pipe 28,
In addition, air can also be directed through the peat filter 27, with the flap 31 opening and the flap 32 closing. Thanks to the steam from the center of the reactor 1 through air ducts 10 and 25 and sends them through a peat filter 27 into the gas outlet pipe 2. The aspirated air is heated in the heat exchanger 13 due to the heat of the exhaust air and flows through the shell 12 through space 12 7, buried loose product v; shell 6 to the center of the reactor. Air provides oxygen to the microorganis Mbi. Passing through the mass of manure, the air is saturated with water vapor, so that an optimal environment is created for the rapid growth of microorganisms, which, penetrating into the mass of manure, decompose organic matter in it. The resulting C02 is removed by blown air. The selected peat filter is rinsed, and the water that has been collected is O1vo / 4its. Peat is periodically replaced and spent peat enriched with various substances is mixed into fresh manure. The air consumption during the drying stage increases several times as compared with the previous stage. After reaching the desired final moisture content of the finished product (15), after about 7 hours, the blowers are turned off and the method is repeated with a fresh batch of manure. i Air conditioning, blown through the mass of manure, is also possible with the help of flue gases with the temperature of the gas mixture C.
The proposed method and device can reduce energy consumption, reduce nitrogen losses and its emissions to the environment.
The invention provides an intermittent process in which the manure undergoes pre-processing molding into tablets. The pH value of the manure can be reduced either by pretreatment or in the reactor by treatment with conditioned air. This conditioned air consists of air mixed with smoke, and the smoke contains CO. The conditioned air flows through the free charge of manure tablets and supporting elements. COj forms carbonic acid on the large surface of water tablets, which lowers the pH. With a pH of about 7 and a manure temperature of 25 ° C, the predominant portion of ammonia is converted to ammonium (NH.). In this climate, with a sufficient supply of oxygen N11, by means of nitrificants, such as nitrozamones and nitrobacteria, which settle on the supporting elements, will be converted into {ammonium nitrate) and similar stable compounds. Valuable nitrogen remains in the final product.
If nitrification is completed, which is 4-5 hours with optimal processing, other microbiological phases can be performed, namely oligothermal to remove continuous odor and mesophilic-thermophilic, which provides biochemical and biophysical disinfection at approximately. To complete this process in the shortest possible time, in about 20 hours, a certain dependence of temperature on time must pass through the entire reactor. This can be achieved only in the free homogeneous filling of manure tablets and load-bearing elements, as provided by the proposed method. On the suspended carriers, selected strains of bacteria are diluted, which, under the appropriate climate, are rapidly incorporated into the manure tablets and ensure an optimal flow of the microbiological phase. These immobilized bacteria are always
remain in the reactor. With the help of the proposed method, on the one hand, the transmission capacity was optimized and energy costs were reduced, and on the other hand, environmental pollution was reliably prevented.
The final product has a substantially higher nitrogen content and comes in ready-to-sell tablet form.
